In this production diary, Dragan Goranović describes starting his traineeship at Galileo production on 16 January 2017, after completing management studies in Podgorica.
His first days brought an introduction to marketing, filmmaking and the people who develop commercials, promotional films and television projects. The team was completing the documentary Don’t Give Up, Keep Going, which became his first close encounter with a production in progress.
The experience connects the documentary’s theme of social inclusion with his own introduction to working life. Teamwork, new responsibilities and encouragement to contribute ideas shaped his first impression of the studio.
